AINGEL MELODY uses information you submit to create and deliver personalized music and celebration experiences. This may include your name, recipient name, email address, memories, pronunciation notes, selected media URLs, uploaded assets, order details, and generated outputs.

How we use information

We use submitted information to process requests, provide customer support, generate requested content, prevent abuse, administer orders, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

When you request AI generation, the minimum information needed for that request may be sent to the configured AI provider. Provider terms and commercial-rights limits apply to generated audio, images, and text.

Retention and deletion

We retain order and generated-asset records only as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting, safety, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, contact jhaccusy@yahoo.com.

Consent and likeness

Only upload or select media you are authorized to use. Tribute and likeness features require explicit permission and may require guardian confirmation for minors.

EU privacy rights

People in the European Economic Area may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable. We will respond through the contact address above.
